Why steam? Vaginal steaming is an ancient healing practice that is used as a natural remedy for cleansing the vagina, uterus, and the entire reproductive tract. Yoni steam can also help reduce or relieve symptoms associated PMS, menopause, PCOS, and restore or maintain healthy PH balance and natural moisture. Directions:
1. Add desired amount of chosen herbs to a basin of hot water.
2. Let the herbs steep for at least a minute, test steam temperature with back of wrist.
3. Remove your clothes from the waist down.
4. Fill your Yoni steam pot with the mixture, again just make sure the water isn’t too hot anymore! Then sit down.  (you can find yoni steam pots online!
5. Wrap a soft blanket or towel around your waist and legs to prevent the steam from escaping. Relax for as long as you like but generally 10-30 minutes per session.
